This policy outlines the various types of data we gather about you when you use our websites https://cybercrew.ai/ or the chrome extension (the "Platforms") and the methods in which we utilize this data. 2ndR is a web-based SaaS service that enables 2ndR account holders (“User(s)”) to distribute their content such as data, files, and directories ("Content") and assess their existing customers, prospective customers, and third-parties (“Viewer(s)”) based on the content they view. The viewers are non-registered users of the web services and product offerings ("Service(s)") provided by 2ndR. We process your data in line with the applicable legal provisions and industry best practices.
Aim and Coverage
This Privacy Policy mainly applies to data that we gather online; however, it may also apply to certain data that you provide to us offline or through other channels, such as over the phone or via mail. The Privacy Policy outlines how our organization collects data from all our Users/Viewers of our Services. While offering our Services on behalf of our registered users, we collect data related to Viewers. The use of data collected on behalf of our Users is primarily governed by our contract for the engagement with them and their organization's privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices implemented by our users or any other third parties. Some data is collected through cookies, web beacons, and tracking technologies. Method of Data Collection
We may gather different data from you or about you depending on how you use the Platforms.
- Data from registered users: Account creation and login - When you create an account or login into your account, we collect personal data such as your first and last name, email address, and password.
- Data from non-registered users: Accessing pre-existing user’s content - When you request to view a pre-existing User’s content, the user may ask for personal data such as your email address to open a link. 2ndR collects and stores this personal data on behalf of its Users. When you provide this personal data, you do so following that User’s privacy practices and policies. 2ndR is not accountable for the privacy practices of its Users and only processes this data according to the applicable agreement with each User. For any issues related to processing such personal data, please contact the User directly.
- Automated data collection: System data - Technical data about your computer or device, such as the device type, operating system, and IP address. We use this data to enhance the delivery of our web pages and to measure traffic on the Site. The data collection will also depend on your device and software's individual settings. It is recommended to refer to your device manufacturer's or software provider's policies to learn what information they might share with us.
- User-Generated Data: Account Creation, Login, and Usage as a viewer - We collect data and material (user-generated content) voluntarily provided to us by our users or the viewers to publish and process on our platform. The user-generated content includes text, photos & videos associated with the accounts/ emails used to create an account with 2ndR or to access links as viewers.
- Data Collected from Third Parties: Integration of Third Parties such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box - When you connect your existing cloud storage such as Google Drive, we access your account on your behalf to get information about your files & folders. When you choose to create a Google Drive file link in 2ndR, we download the selected file(s) from your Google Drive and store it in our own storage for reliability purposes.
- Transactional Data: Based on the types of services requested, 2ndR also collects data such as: For promotional codes, the name of the person associated with such a code will also be collected - type of service that has been requested - order details for such a request - payment & transaction data (such as the merchant's name, payment method, chargeable amount for the service) - date and time the service provided
